Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located in the charming district of Salamanca, surrounded by fantastic shopping and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful, elegant, and comfortable, although there were delays in getting requested items delivered. The service is top-notch, comparable to high-end luxury hotels like Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, particularly towards children.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small but elegant and comfortable, with a separate entry room and a view of Colon Plaza. The service was friendly and kind, but the breakfast team was not as engaging as expected. The location was perfect for exploring the historical part of the city but lacked some central amenities. The dining options were good overall, with a variety of foods to choose from, but a bit pricey. The facilities were satisfactory, and the price offered value for money.
The hotel staff was warm, friendly, and helpful from the doorman to reception and cleaning staff. Unfortunately, the hotel section was closed for a private function, limiting our enjoyment. The location was pretty good but faced a non-descript office structure from the balcony.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit small, and I struggled to adjust the temperature; however, the staff was excellent and really made my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but there were some minor issues with dining. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
